Congratulations to Kora, who has been adopted!!!

Are you looking for a little ‘bundle of joy’ who just wants to be your BFF. Well, we have just the dog for you.

Kora is a 2 year old Chihuahua mix who is looking for her ‘forever home’. She loves to play with her toys and entertain anyone who will watch. You will love the little dance she does if you offer her a small treat. She gets along with other dogs and would be a wonderful addition to a loving family with ‘dog-friendly’ children.

She is a good little girl but having some basic obedience training and some final touches to her house training will make her the perfect pup for her new family.

Kora is ready to give her whole heart to her ‘forever family’ – are you the one she has been hoping for?
Kora is current on all vaccines, microchipped and spayed.

Please enjoy some interesting information about the bold Chihuahua breed.

Chihuahuas are the oldest breed on the American continent and the smallest breed in the world. Native to Mexico, where it received its name from the Mexican State of Chihuahua. They live about 15 years or longer and are the smallest recognized breed of dog in the world.

The Chihuahua is the only “natural” toy breed, that is, the only small dog NOT bred down from larger versions of the same breed.

They are good little dogs for apartment life. The Chihuahua likes warm weather and dislikes the cold. They need space just like any other dog. Because they are small does not mean they can be kept in a very small area.

Although it is tempting to carry these dainty creatures about, these are active little dogs that need a daily walk.

Courageous, extremely lively, proud and adventurous, they enjoy affection. The Chihuahua is a good companion dog.
